WHAT KIND OF SHIRTS DO YOU PRINT ON?
All of our tshirts are the best quality, 100% cotton and are professionally screen printed. They are not inferior iron-ons, or any other cheap image transfers that are being sold on the web. Some shrinking is common with cotton products. Washing your shirt in cold water is recommended for the first few washings.
Our Jerseys are 100% polyester performance fabric with dry wicking capabilities.
HOW DO I PAY?
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. Once you have selected your shirts, click on "Add to Cart" to enter PayPal's secure payment page. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. Fill in all payment and shipping information and receive confirmation of your payment.
WHAT IF I'M UNHAPPY WITH MY ORDER?
Our goal is to provide a positive experience with every purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of the purchase date. Please contact us first for instructions. DO NOT SEND US THE SHIRT WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION FOR THE REASON OF YOUR RETURN. Your money will be refunded minus the original shipping amount. They will be issued to your PayPal account. If payment was made by check or money order, a refund will be sent by check to the address provided. Please contact us if you need assistance or have any further questions. We are not responsible for size or color issues. However, if you would like to exchange your shirt for a different size, please return the shirt, along with $5.65 for S & H, and a note explaining reason for return as well as your shipping address to:

SALES TAX (important update effective 7/1/2008)
Sales tax applies to all residents of Washington State. Please note, with the passage of Substitute Senate Bill 5089 ("Streamlined Sales Tax"), Washington State will change from an origin-based system for local retail sales tax to a destination-based system. Prior to July 1, 2008, Washington retailers collected local sales tax based on the jurisdiction from which a product was shipped or delivered - "origin based". Starting July 1, 2008, they must collect based on the destination of the shipment of delivery - "destination based". This only affects shipments and deliveries to locations within Washington State.
This means that, even though the retail sales tax rate at our location may be 8.6%, if your address lies in an area with a different rate, you will be charged the rate at your address--not ours.
Our shopping cart does not currently facilitate destination based tax collection. Therefore, orders for shipment within Washington State will have tax calculated at 9.5% (the highest rate applicable in Washington State), then we will refund your credit card the amount necessary to calculate the applicable rate based upon your location. For example, if your order total was $100 and you live in a location with a tax rate of 7%, your order would equal $107.00. You will see a charge for $109.50 ($100 plus 9.5% sales tax) and then a credit for $2.50. Sales tax is calculated on your order total, exclusive of shipping charges.
